Shipping policy
Order Processing
All jewelry is made to order, so please allow 5–7 business days for production before shipment.
You will receive an email confirmation along with an invoice shortly after your order is placed. Orders are processed on business days only, excluding weekends and holidays.
Shipping within Israel
Once processed, Delivery Times:
Within Tel Aviv: 2–3 business days
Outside Tel Aviv: 5–7 business days
Shipping Cost: ₪35 per order
International Shipping
- Delivery typically takes 2–6 business days via DHL Express.
- Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
- Duties, taxes, or customs fees are not included and are the responsibility of the customer.
- Upon shipment, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number.
Delivery Responsibility
We strive to ensure all orders are shipped promptly. However, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays or weather conditions.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct, as we are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Reporting Issues
If you encounter any issues with your order, such as receiving a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of receipt. Each case will be reviewed individually, and we will assist you in resolving it.
