Exchanges & Returns
This policy applies to all purchases made through our website.
If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, here’s how exchanges and returns work:
Order Cancellation (Before Shipment)
You may cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it, as long as the item has not yet been shipped.

Once the cancellation is approved, your payment will be fully refunded to the original payment method.
Returns
You may return your item within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused
- Be in its original packaging
- Be in perfect condition, without any damage or signs of wear
Please note that personalized or engraved items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return & Exchange Process
- Contact us via email or WhatsApp to request a return or exchange.
- Ship the item back to us securely (we recommend using a tracked shipping service).
Once we receive the item and confirm it is in perfect condition, we will:
- Issue a refund (for returns), or
- Send your replacement item (for exchanges).
Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Please note:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.
Important Notes
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted for return or exchange.
- Please keep the original packaging, as it is required for any return or exchange.
